a bright yellow pikachu wabbles in on its legs as she rubs the bright red circles on her cheeks. she was just entertained by her face, preacupied about how it moved. she mumbles in a cute little voice asdid. the way her cheeks moved made her sound funny to herself-"pika ...pika pi"- her tail swated behind her at a bush.(poor entryD= )

Cairos fists tightened in frustration upon Harper YET AGAIN declining his kindness. His eyes narrowed, and he exhaled deeply through his nose. Every treat and potion he carried with him was all natural, and made for the purpose of enhancing a Pokemons health, but he didn't feel compelled to tell the woman that. Instead, he motioned to his charmander, and turned his back. "Come on, Coal." He said, as he started to walk away. He couldn't handle becoming any more irritated with this girl. He reached down, grabbing a handful of grass, and threw it up into the air. "Coal, Ember!" he yelled. The lizard waved its tail in the direction of the flying grass, and a number of small embers flew from the flame on the tip of it's tail. Many of the embers missed, however, a few made contact with the grass, burning it to ash before it reached the ground. "Good first try." He said to the oddly colored Charmander. "We're going to try until you can hit every one!"

Cairo was distracted from both his training, and ignoring Harper, by the appearance of a pikachu. It was certainly rare for them to show up around here... He didn't know why a Pikachu would be showing up here, but he was certainly lucky! "Coal, we're going to catch it!" He said to the strangely coloreed Charmander, who jumped in front of the electric mouse. "Charmander, Scratch!" He said. He had high expectations after all the training the two had done with that particular attack.

Pikachu looked up at the boy and blinked- "Pika?" she blinked and got her game face on. thinking dodge to herself she dodged the attack and used quick speed, dashing and an alarminsly quick pace she hit left and right making her way twords the charamander infront of her. she leaped in the air and came down with iron tail.

Cairo had been in the Pokemon academy for two years. He knew of all sorts of attacks and defense methods, but he had no experience in actual battle. Trying to keep up with the Pikachus quick movements, he couldn't think of a command to give the lizard. This resulted in him taking a direct hit from the Pikachus Iron Tail. It flew backward, and bounced back up to its feet. "Coal, Ember!" He said. The beast instantly waved its tail toward the Pikachu, firing a massive array of flaming embers in it's direction.

pikachu landed and she did her own happy dance not even paying attention to the charmander. apon hearing the attack be called pikachu stoped and looked she went for a dodge but failed behing hit and hitting hte ground. pikachu pushed herself up and frowned. she used tackle and if contact was made she would use thunderbolt, nearly every electrical mouse could use it, but hers was not the strongest of all

Cairo wouldn't let himself make the same mistake again. As the Pikachu began its assault, He quickly thought of a response. The opponent was moving straight toward him, no zigzags or paterns. "Coal, use Leer!" He said. The Charmanders eyes began to glow a blue color, as it sent a disturbing wave toward its opponent. if successful, it would stop the Pikachu in it's tracks, stopping its movement, and making it vulnerable for a few seconds.

pikachu looked at the charmander and stoped. she nearly fell over at her stop. she just dazed up at the charimander. she felt slightly dizzy inside and ddint know what to do. she had never been stuck befor.

Reacting quickly to to Pikachus stunned state, Cairo prepared his next command for Charmander. "Scratch!" He yelled, and Coal obeyed, rushing the Pikachu with a quick scratch attack.

she flew back unable to prepair herself. as she layed on the ground she shoot her head a bit and started to stnad again a bit dazed from the stun, and the attack

Not wanting to cause the little Pikachu any more harm than necessary, Cairo decided to try to catch it now, instead of attacking again. Pulling an empty pokeball from his belt, he tossed it in the air, and caught it. It was his little pose. He then threw the ball at the Pikachu, hoping for success.

the pikachu dodged the ball completly and uses tackle on the ball itself confused at waht it was. she hit it with her paws(?) just watching it..automaticly hateing it

Dammit. The little thing still had a bit of fight in it. But it seemed to be confused about its location, as it tackled the pokeball, sending it flying back in his direction. "Coal, Ember." He said, not as loud as before. He was becoming less enthusiastic, as he found himself causing the poor pokemon pain. But he wanted it to be his partner. He wanted to travel with it and make friends, and this was the way it was done. So once more, Charmander executing it's flaming ember attack, hoping to do the damage necessary to disarm the Pikachu.

pikachu looked up with a frown, her concentration was broken. she dodged by going behind the boy and hiding behind his leg and watched the attack hit where she was. she looked up at the boy with a questioned tired out look . she wondered why he was tryig to hurt her

Cairo looked down at the yellow, mouse, and exhaled deeply, unable to help smiling. "Aw, come here." He said, reaching down, and lifting the Pikachu gently. "I'm sorry little guy." He couldn't continue this anymore. He reached into his bag, and pulled out a potion, and began spraying the rodent with it, instantly healing most of its wounds. "I'll let you go now. You don't have to come with us." he said, placing the Pikachu on the ground, and walking over to his Charmander. "You did a great job Coal. Your first battle and you performed perfectly." He rubbed the top of the lizards head, and took a seat in front of it. "We'll get the next one..."

she looked up at him and tapped his face as she shook her head no when he said "little guy". as he sprayed healing stufz on her she pawed at her nose in an adorable fashion. when she is put down she watches him walk away sadly and fallowed him silently, hopeing he would stop she looked up-"pika?"

Cairo turned around from his sitting position to find the Pikachu sitting behind him. "What's going on?" He asked, realizing it was a girl as he picked her up once more, placing her on his shoulder as he placed his Charmander on his lap. "What are you doing out here anyway?" He asked, reaching up and screatching behind her ear. He wondered why the Pikachu hadn't moved along yet, but she was welcome to stay as long as she pleased.

she looked at him as she was placed on her shoulder. her face weilded a cute little smile. she pawed his head and found a way to get ontop of his head."Pikachu!!" she tried to speak already figureing out he couldnt understand her well. but she stayed for a lack of better place to go, and he was kind to her afterall.

Of course, Cairo didn't speak Pokemon, but he was more than happy to keep the Pikachu around. "Well, stay as long as you like." He said to the Pikachu, as he looked over at the Pokeball that he had thrown at the Pikachu. "Go get the Pokeball for me, Coal" he said, and the Charmander went and got it before seating itself in his lap once more. Cairo placed the ball on the ground next to him and looked to the sky. "I guess we should get going soon." He said, thinking about the long trip they had ahead of them.

When the pikachu pawed at the pokeball, it opened up, and with a red light it was drawn inside it. Of course, in its good condition, it should have been able to break out, but there was still the possibility that it could be captured.

pkachu didnt like this one bit and tried lightning bolt to get out, she broke out eaily without even realy doing anything, once out she ran over to the boy and hid behind him again-

Lance sighed as she said Lancey and his eyes looked down at her “What did I say about calling me that?” He muttered towards her in a playful tone as she spoke to Pikachu she gave the charmander a small smile and waved “Hi Charmander I am Lance and this is Pikachu.” Pikachu glanced at the small red pokemon and cocked its head to the left and muttered “Pika…chu” seeming to talk to the small pokemon, Lance noticed the attire Matsuko had on and his face flushed a hot red color, her shorts and shirt were pretty low for a girl her age but he didn’t care he looked up into her pretty auburn eyes and smiled “Let us get started then.”

Matsuko shrugged and stood, watching as the two Pokemon 'talked' to each other. The Charmander swung its tail and growled playfully. "Char." The red-headed girl giggled and looked at Lance. "Awh, you better not be getting sick. Your face is all red. Oh well, what you need is adventure! Come on!" she took his arm and started dragging him forward, but then stopped, giving him a sheepish look. "Erm... I don't know where we're going." she admitted and Charmander gave a soft sigh and poked the girl's leg, pointing to a path not to far from where the group was standing. It was grassy, but it seemed the only way out of the small town.

Lance looked at her as she wrapped her arms in his and his face flushed a hot red color as she then gave a confused look and a laugh. Lance snickered as the Charmander pointed out the little way they were supposed to go and he tapped her nose lightly. “Its that way dummy” he said with a small laugh as he began walking towards the grassy area his pokedex in his other hand scanning pokemon after pokemon listening to the explanations on each one of the pidgey’s and Rattata that hung around, Lance looked at Matsuko and gave a small smile before speaking in a funny tone “I want one of the purple mice, they look so cool.” He didn’t want to slow them down to much, but he really wanted one of them they looked so awesome and Lance liked the way they looked. Pikachu rested on top of the young boy’s head and glanced at the ratatta as if tell it lets go.
